Applied Career Tesol (ACT) is an independent branch of Canadian International Educational Organization.CIEO was founded in 2000 By Arthur John Stewart. It is internationally recognized as a top education organization in China and has over 20 different locations in China including six international kindergartens and over 12 English training centers. It currently employs over 100 foreign teachers and 500 Chinese staff. CIEO is a major supporter of ACT and its facilities and training areas are of top quality.
